Account Management
Servicing and managing commercial insurance accounts from start to finish
Policy Servicing
Issuing certificates, auto ID cards, and processing endorsements
Renewals & Reviews
Handling policy renewals, reviews, and client communications
Quoting & Marketing
Quoting, remarketing, and preparing insurance proposals
Client Communication
Ensuring clients have the documents, info, and support they need
Carrier Coordination
Working with underwriters and carriers to manage coverage and support
Audit Assistance
Helping clients navigate insurance audits when needed
Document Management
Using agency management systems (AMS) to manage documents and workflows
Qualities We Value

Commercial insurance experience (agency, carrier, or related role)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to learn and use industry systems

Excellent written and verbal communication

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and client service

Strong time-management and follow-through

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional insurance certifications are a plus
