How long have you worked at InsureWise?

Officially I have been with the agency for 5 years, but I used to help out around the office when I was in High School … so it feels like forever!

 

What do you do at our company?

I market for new business, quote and bind new and renewal policies, review insurance policies and customer service and policy management (helping clients with anything from making their payments to COIs to technical questions about contracts they may sign and need me to review to ensure their policy has the proper coverages and endorsements).

 

What do you like most about working here?

There are dogs! (Honey and Cinnamon, our office dogs, are always roaming the halls).

I like that every day is something different. Whether I am working on renewals or a new client (new business), each client’s trade is different and so are the policies, quotes, and coverages needed.

I love when I am working on a new account with a complex business that challenges my brain to think outside the box and focus on technical capacities and explore new insurance coverages to guarantee their business is properly protected and insured on all fronts.

 

What’s the most unique thing about working here?

Chris Conti is a real-life version of Michael Scott from the Office.

My office wall is PINK.

The opportunity to provide a COMPLETE insurance and risk analysis to save clients’ money while creating a meaningful relationship with them. Getting to know the client helps to better analyze their financial and business needs.

 

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I’ve learned a lot in 5 years. I have gained so much experience, taken many hours of continuing education and taken extra Insurance education courses to further my knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry, educate myself on new coverages (cyber, drone, etc.) and potential risks the world presents. I love the insurance industry because it is complex and rapidly changing, while also retaining a basic sense of continuity.

 

What do you like to do when you’re not at work?

Work my Beautycounter side hustle, pet and talk to my dog – Tito Finse Landry, weekend getaways to the beach, hanging with friends, boat days, pool days, online shopping, watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and riding the golf cart around the neighborhood with Tito Finse Landry.

 

Do you have any hobbies?

I really wish I did. Reading, golfing, fishing, shopping, drinking.

 

Are you bingeing any shows?

Real housewives of Beverly Hills all day every day.

 

What is one thing you cannot live without?

Pizza & Tito Finse Landry (my dog).

 

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I love to bake and cook.

Growing up, I wanted to be a lawyer or an aerospace engineer and work on airplanes because I saw a TV show about Air Force One and was FASCINATED.
